We help global clients interview for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to lower, middle and senior management. But our goal is to not only help them hire the right people - we want to ensure the candidate has a great experience too. So, regardless of the outcome of the interview, you'll use all the skills you've got to ensure that's just the case. Whether you join us as a Motivational or Competency-based Interviewer, you'll enjoy conducting interviews over the phone and completing brief write-ups.
- Able to quickly establish a rapport with people
- Outstanding listening and conversation skills
- Ability to conduct role-play scenarios
- Recruitment experience
- Managerial experience (Competency-based Interviewers only)
