pod is our take on Corporate Social Responsibility. This is not a diversion, a sideshow or something we do to feel better about ourselves. pod goes to the heart of who we are as a business and it explains the difference we want to make in the world.

Everything we do should be ethical and sustainable. Corporate Social Responsibility can’t be a silo for good intentions and we are not interested in ‘being seen to do the right thing’. Issues of sustainability run through every aspect of business practice and policy.

Effective, purposeful CSR activity is an investment in future performance. We’ve already delivered some landscape-altering change for household names such as Kellogg’s, The Co-op, The Environment Agency, KMPG and many more. Here are some examples of the work we’re doing for other people already. We are in business to meet client ambitions rather than flog a product list, so we might well do something entirely different for you.

Employer Branding: We’re integrating CSR into employer branding in a way that delivers measurable and positive results.

Employee Engagement: We increase engagement by promoting workforce volunteering and giving people a space in which to share their experiences. We’ve built digital platforms and developed communication plans to help teams and entire workforces to celebrate global CSR activities.

Insight & Intelligence: What are your competitors doing about CSR issues? What CSR criteria are your customers building into tender and procurement processes?  pod is working with Armstrong Craven to provide a range of CSR-related market insights, including competitor benchmarking, customer insight studies and market research. We can also help you identify and recruit top talent in every field of CSR, from social finance to energy efficiency.

Go Green Initiatives: We can work closely with Communications and Corporate Responsibility teams to drive and communicate green initiatives. We deliver everything from creative design, workshops and training, to branding and digital or offline communications platforms.

Graduate Engagement: We bring innovative ideas to life. For example, we’re currently working with a global investment bank to redirect the money usually spent on disposable campus giveaways into charitable community development projects.

Community Engagement: We enable businesses to communicate with the world around them and to get closer to the communities in which they work. We can deliver events, media strategies and messaging. We also help clients to maintain diverse workforces and inclusive work policies.

Global Communication: Our knowledge and network enable us to reach audiences across Europe, Asia and the US. We’ve produced campaigns in all media on a range of subjects from employer-of-choice campaigns to CSR & sustainability reporting.
