Recruitment advertising
London Ambulance Service needed to recruit over 300 ambulance technicians
in six months. We had two weeks to develop a fully integrated through-the-line
campaign, including advertising, posters, printwork, website and
video, supported by PR. This campaign won a heap of awards, most
significantly perhaps, the CIPD Recruitment Effectiveness Award in
2002. However, what really matters is that the London Ambulance Service
would meet and beat the Government target: they reached more than
75% of all Category A calls within eight minutes - and received the
personal congratulations of NHS Chief Executive Nigel Crisp in the
process.
