Assessment
For Diageo, we created a series of bespoke business simulation exercises
based on live brand launches with real products, including Smirnoff Black
Ice and Kaliber. The sheer realism of the scenarios gave candidates for
sales and marketing roles a vivid insight into the business. How did we
get an assessment exercise to be so authentic? Our psychologists spent
a lot of time working with Diageo's innovation team, tracking the actions
and behaviours involved in bringing new products to market.
