e-Recruitment strategy
Imagine you're an ambitious MBA considering a move into one of the
world's largest corporations. In a business that employs over 150,000
people, where exactly would you fit in? We worked with UTC to develop
an online assessment system that explored individuals' job preferences,
work style, behaviours and beliefs. As well as telling candidates
whether or not they were a good fit with UTC, the system also offered
tips on which part of the business might suit them best. It also
fed useful insights to recruiters, helping to shape and inform the later
stages of the selection process.
