At the heart of this multi-media campaign for the AA – a microsite.
Explaining the role. Encouraging candidates to compare their own
strengths and preferences with the demands of the job. Showing them why
they might want to join this organisation or (just as importantly) why
they might not. In the past, the AA had great difficulty in hiring patrol
people in the South-East. Yet 800 people visited this microsite in one
week. And of the 60 people who turned up for the first open day, over
half were worth a job offer. Great response. Top-quality candidates.
